Upon completing your purchase and confirming payment for the product(s), we will verify receipt of the amount in our company’s bank account. Once confirmed, shipping procedures for the product(s) will commence promptly to the address specified in your purchase order. You can anticipate receiving your product(s) at your designated location as soon as possible. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided in the shipping information section of your purchase order.

Delivery Schedule

Following your online order placement, our Customer Service Officers will contact you to coordinate delivery arrangements. Typically, delivery occurs within 24 hours of our acceptance of your order, contingent upon stock availability.

During peak seasons, delivery timeframes are contingent upon our delivery schedule availability.

Deliveries will be conducted during standard office hours. Kindly furnish your preferred delivery address during this timeframe.

For all deliveries, a signature upon receipt is mandatory. In the event no one is available to receive and acknowledge the package upon delivery, we will coordinate a second delivery attempt with you. Please note, a supplementary delivery fee of $30 will apply for each subsequent re-delivery, irrespective of your total purchase value.

If a delivery day coincides with a public holiday, delivery will be scheduled for the next working day before 6 pm.
