We are committed to refunding the price you paid for our products and crediting the refund amount back to the credit/account you used for payment, provided that you return the product under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect product: If you receive a product that does not match the features described on our website’s product page.
  2. Damaged/defective product: If the product you receive is damaged or defective.

Please be aware that in order for us to successfully process your refund request, the returned product must be in its original retail packaging (sealed/closed box) and must not be damaged or tampered with in any way. The seal of the item must remain intact.

If you’ve had a change of heart or made an incorrect order, we will only accept a refund under certain conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted before we initiate the shipping process for the product.
  • The refund request must be emailed to info@behealthjo.com and include the order ID.
